I am currently a second year PhD. student at the University of Albany in the Department of Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences, under the advisement of Dr.Lance Bosart.  I graduated with a BS in Meteorology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

Research Interests

Midlatitude Cyclones

My current research involves analyzing the effects or correlations of large-scale regime transitions on the spatiotemporal distribution of cyclone clustering

Severe Weather

I've taken several severe weather classes, and I love researching, chasing, and learning new material about mesoscale systems

Forecasting

Forecasting has been one of my long time hobbies, and I participate in the WXChallenge every year since my Junior year at UNCC

Many of these photos I have taken on hiking trips to the Adirondacks, Mt. Washington, and the southern Vermont Green Mountains! Likewise I take a picture whenever I see interesting weather phenomena, severe weather, or something just breathtaking!
