Personal

I was born and raised in Buffalo, N.Y., home of the chicken wing and lake-effect snowstorms. As a kid I always loved the rain and running outside to experience the weather. This desire to run outside when it started to pour led me to SUNY Albany to pursue a degree in Atmospheric Science. Once at Albany I became interested in understanding how broad scale circulations can affect synoptic weather patterns. Because of my never-ending curiousity about all things weather, I am pursuing my Masters and PhD at SUNY Albany to reach my ultimate goal of becoming a University Professor.
