  • About Me

I am currently a second-year graduate student at the University at Albany, SUNY, working under the advisement of Dr. Andrea Lang and co-advisors Drs. Kristen Corbosiero and Ryan Torn. I received my B.S. in Atmospheric Science with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2016.

My interest in meteorology began in elementary school growing up in New Jersey, being fascinated by snowstorms and their predictability, and eventually tropical cyclones following the abnormally active 2005 Atlantic hurricane season. I completed my undergraduate studies at SUNY Albany, while additionally spending a summer at Norman, Oklahoma as part of the National Weather Center Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU), where in addition to my research experience I also first had the opportunity to chase severe weather.

In addition to meteorology, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking in the Adirondacks and long-distance running. I additionally enjoy programming and playing the piano.
