GPEND terminates the GEMPLT subprocesses.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
 
    This program terminates the GEMPLT plotting package.  It stops
    the GEMPLT subprocesses and should be run at the end of each
    GEMPAK plotting session.


ERROR MESSAGES
 
    [GPEND  -1]     Fatal error initializing TAE.
    [GPEND  -3]     Fatal error initializing GEMPLT.
