Scattered storms capable of locally very heavy rainfall will
continue today as a low-level circulation flares up additional
showers and thunderstorms over Central Texas. Nearly stationary
storm motions, combined with extremely heavy rainfall rates
upwards of 2-3"/hr at times could lead to localized 6+" rainfall
amounts through today. For more information on the Excessive
Rainfall Outlook, please visit www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1000 PM CDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
