If you are a user on the project please contact the lead to make a single extension request. 

If you are the lead and would like the project to continue and either have an extended NSF award or have not finished with your grad student or postdoc allocation, please go to: https://xras-submit-ncar.xsede.org/login and login with your yubikey or Duo. At the top of the page you will see "My Allocation Requests," click there and choose the dropdown arrow to find an "Extension" option, fill in and submit. 

**If your project is NOT entered in the XRAS system, please send email to request an extension.

If you have files and directories on GLADE disk or in HPSS to save, delete, move to a new project number, or transfer to your home institution, it is easier to take these actions while your user account and the project are still active.

Also, note that if your user account is inactivated and you don't have another active project at NCAR, you will be required to return your yubikey.
