15. Three minutes after the press motor was turned off. The field of view has been shifted slightly downwards. The black grain at (20,35) in the last slide is now at (27,18). See the coarsening that has begun in many places. See the small white grain growing at (65,48). The sample is recovering quite rapidly from deformation because it feels hot (70% of its melting temperature) at room temperature.

16. Thirteen minutes after the motor was turned off. Many new grains have grown.

17. The next morning, after an additional 14 hours of static adjustment. The original foam structure and grain-size have been nearly completely reestablished. (This is not the same field of view as image 10, unfortunately, so interesting questions, like whether any of the original grains survived, cannot be explored.)
