Welcome! ¡Bienvenidos!
I am an atmospheric scientist studying high-impact weather (especially tropical cyclones) with a combination of numerical models and observations. Currently, I work at the National Center for Atmospheric Research as an Advanced Study Program Postdoctoral Fellow. In this website you will find information about my research, including lists and links to my publications and presentations. You will also find a list of scholarships, internships, and other opportunities for atmospheric science students.
Research Interests
My research interests include tropical meteorology, atmospheric dynamics, and numerical weather prediction. My PhD work centered on identifying factors and mechanisms driving tropical cyclone intensification under moderate vertical wind shear.
